News releases regarding how Metanor initially facilitated gold production non dilutively:

January 17, 2011 "US$20M Gold Sale Agreement with Sandstorm Resources" whereby MTO.V receives US$20M to take Bachelor to full production, in return Sandstorm is entitled to purchase 20% of all gold produced from Bachelor Mine ore at $500/oz. Important to note is that the US$20M is NOT a loan, it never has to be repaid (there are no repayment terms as it is a participation investment). Sandstorm's rights apply to any gold found within 1.5 km of the mill, after the 1.5km radius Sandstorm has the right to buy into new gold found up to and including the adjacent Nelligan deposit by paying 20% of the exploration costs associated with finding any new gold.  Important to note is that the Sandstorm agreement is restricted to gold in the ground in a narrow radius surrounding Bachelor mill and does NOT include other deposits owned by Metnaor, such as Barry and Dubuisson, nor any toll mining Metanor may engage in with other entities, nor any new gold Metanor finds or acquires past Nelligan. The mill is a separate 100%-owned asset that operates free of restrictions from Sandstorm as long as minimum cash flow covenants are met.
